代謝工程(MBE)致力于發(fā)表關(guān)于代謝產(chǎn)物生產(chǎn)過剩或改善細(xì)胞特性的代謝通路定向調(diào)控的原始研究論文。還歡迎介紹天然途徑工程和將微生物轉(zhuǎn)化為微生物細(xì)胞工廠的異種途徑的合成。介紹了闡明代謝途徑的實(shí)驗(yàn)、計(jì)算和建模方法,以及通過遺傳、介質(zhì)或其他環(huán)境手段對代謝途徑進(jìn)行操縱的方法。有效地探索代謝途徑需要應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)和生物化學(xué)的適當(dāng)方法,以及工程學(xué)的建模和數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)。MBE為生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、應(yīng)用微生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生理學(xué)、健康與疾病中的細(xì)胞營養(yǎng)和生物化學(xué)工程等組成領(lǐng)域的跨學(xué)科研究以及相關(guān)成果的交流提供了一個論壇。論文類型:原創(chuàng)性研究論文、綜述性論文。
Metabolic Engineering (MBE) is devoted to the publication of original research papers on the directed modulation of metabolic pathways for metabolite over production or the improvement of cellular properties. Papers describing native pathway engineering and synthesis of heterologous pathways for converting microorganisms into microbial cell factories are also welcome.Experimental, computational, and modelling approaches for the elucidation of metabolic pathways and their manipulation by genetic, media, or other environmental means are presented. Efficient probing of metabolic pathways requires the application of appropriate methods from molecular biology and biochemistry, along with modeling and data analysis techniques from engineering. MBE provides a forum for communicating such interdisciplinary research, as well as relevant results in the constituent areas of biochemistry, molecular biology, applied microbiology, cellular physiology, cellular nutrition in health and disease, and biochemical engineering.Types of papers:Original Research Papers, Review Papers.
