《心理學研究》由日本心理學學會出版，是對《日本心理學雜志》的補充。該雜志出版的國際，基礎或應用，同行評議研究涉及所有方面的生態，分類學和系統發育，進化，遺傳學，分子生物學，生物化學，細胞生物學，形態學，生理學，新技術的國際交流的結果。所有的文章都由提交論文領域的至少兩名研究專家進行同行評審。

Phycological Research is published by the Japanese Society of Phycology and complements the Japanese Journal of Phycology. The Journal publishes international, basic or applied, peer-reviewed research dealing with all aspects of phycology including ecology, taxonomy and phylogeny, evolution, genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, morphology, physiology, new techniques to facilitate the international exchange of results. All articles are peer-reviewed by at least two researchers expert in the filed of the submitted paper.
